This year, I waited too long to find a big pumpkin to carve and couldn't find any after searching through several stores. So, Lindsey was gracious enough to let us carve her little pumpkin that she had painted. As usual, Matt took on the role of "carver."
Allison took charge of scooping out the seeds, which we roasted, of course! Yum!
For Halloween, Allison chose to be Sleeping Beauty - a princess - surprise, surprise! And Lindsey was a bumblebee by default because we still had the costume that Allison wore at that age.
I do have to say that she's THE CUTEST bumblebee I've ever seen!
Nina and Grandaddy came over to deliver Halloween treats to the girls. They even stayed for awhile and went trick-or-treating with us! Lindsey's favorite part was getting to ride in the wagon around the neighborhood. And as usual, the girls came home with lots of treats which we all shared!
