C-A-T-S! Cats, Cats, Cats!
Matt and I had football season tickets again this year. For the Jacksonville State game, we were able to get two more tickets and decided to make a family day of it and take the girls. They were so excited to wear their cheerleading outfits and spent the morning cheering "C-A-T-S! Cats, Cats, Cats!" and "Touchdown, Kentucky!"
We tailgated before the game with our friends as usual. The girls thought that it was fun to have lunch with everyone near the stadium.
The highlight of the whole experience for the girls was the snacks - popcorn, pop, and cotton candy! By halftime, the snacks had run out and Lindsey was a bit restless. So, we headed home. Matt brought Allison to the game the next week for a daddy/daughter date. They had a great time! We hope that one day when the girls are a bit older we can make football games a regular family event for us all.
