The day after Christmas we all traveled to Pittsburgh for our annual Christmas gathering with my mom's side of the family. Since my grandma's 85th birthday would be on January 16th, my mom and her sisters decided to throw an early birthday party for her while we were all in town.
We had the party in my grandma's church fellowship hall. A lot of her friends from over the years were able to come and help her celebrate. My grandma loved seeing everyone!
It was nice for all of us family to have time to hang out together and catch up, too! We don't get to see each other very often, so any time we have together is much appreciated.

We were so fortunate to get to celebrate MaMa's birthday with her! I'm so thankful for each time that I get to spend time with her. And I'm so glad that my girls will grow up having memories of her!
