The New Playhouse

My mom and dad were out shopping one day and saw this cute, little playhouse for kids. They immediately thought about how much Allison and Lindsey would enjoy playing in it. So, they asked Matt and me if it was okay for them to buy it for the girls. We, of course, knew how much the girls would love it, too, especially since they don't have a swing set or anything to play with in our backyard.

So, Matt spent a few hours each night for about a week putting this playhouse together. I was very impressed with his handiwork - he did a great job! And just as we figured, the girls LOVE it! They play in it every day. The house has a bench and a pretend stove, sink, clock, and phone inside. The girls' favorite thing to do is to ring the real doorbell on the house. Lindsey enjoys walking around the yard with the phone saying, "Emergency!" and then some other words that we can't decipher. Thank you, Gramma and Poppy - the girls are in heaven!
