My wonderful husband sent these BEAUTIFUL flowers to me at work on Valentine's Day. I loved them! It was so thoughtful of him to do that. What I loved most was this sweet little note that he sent with the flowers. What a terrific husband I have!
During my lunch time, I was able to leave work for a little while to go to Allison's Valentine's party at school. They decorated Valentine cookies, made decorative hearts, cut hearts and the letter V out of playdough, got their faces painted by Mrs. Johnson, and passed out Valentine cards.
As a little treat for my valentines, I stopped at a local bakery on my way home from work to pick up some gourmet cupcakes - orange swirl, champagne, chocolate explosion, and white chocolate raspberry. They were absolutely delicious! We're hoping to for a key lime cheesecake cupcake the next time we visit this bakery. And yes, there definitely will be a "next time!"
